We've decided to replace the old bathroom sink.
This house was built in 1921. This sink might be original equipment.
The majority of the bathroom users in this house do not like the old two-faucet system.
It's got to go.
 

Here's another reason why: the pipes are really old. Hot water only trickles.
 

Notice there are no shut-off valves under here. That's bad. We're planning to hire a plumber to install the new one.
