| Larby Hiron Photo Archive Photos Scanned by Brian M. Slator 6/9/2007 The Photos' Story: These photos are in the possession of Brian Slator (in Fargo, ND USA) very briefly. They were sent to him by his Aunt Ellen (Helen) Slator (Winnipeg, MB Canada), to be scanned and forwarded to Sheila Fitzgerald (nee Tuohy) in Melbourne, Australia. Sheila Fitzgerald (nee Tuohy), was daughter of Elizabeth (Lizzie) Tuohy (nee Larby), who was daughter of Anastasia Larby (nee Nugent), who was sister to Mary Slator (nee Nugent) who was mother to Michael Slator, who was father to me (Brian), Nancy, Kevin, and Patrick Slator. Thus, Lizzie and my Dad were first cousins, and Sheila and my sibling group are second cousins (unless I have that wrong). The questions: Some of the individuals in the photos below are not named. Some of the writing on the back of the photos is not legible. Any help with clearing these things up, much appreciated. The technology: the photos were scanned with a MicroTek 9800 using VueScan software. They were scanned at 600 dpi which is approximately the resolution of the original camera. Each image has been re-rendered as a 'thumbnail' and a 640 pixel image. Therefore, there are three versions of each photo on this site: thumbnail, medium, and (for purposes of historical research), the high resolution originals.
