805 celebrate end, beginning: Sunday graduation day for Fargo seniors

Sunday was the day 805 Fargo high school seniors had waited for all year.
They received their diplomas in one of three graduation ceremonies staggered throughout the afternoon.
Fargo South High had the largest graduating class of the three schools with 480 graduates. North High had 257 graduates and Shanley had 68.
Students Travis Braunagel, Travis Dickinson, Chelsea Gores, David Adamson and Lindsey Johnson were the commencement speakers for South Highís graduation ceremonies, held at the Fargodome at
1 p.m.
North High students Audrey Slater and Durba Mitra were commencement speakers for their graduation ceremonies, held in the Fargodome at 4.
Math teacher Craig Murie gave Shanleyís commencement speech. Bishop James Sullivan handed out the diplomas. The ceremony was in the school gymnasium at 2 p.m.
