The wedding ceremony is over, and we mill around.

Rita has her map and is ready to go (that is actually Gordon's map I think), so we drive to the Hoopers.
Mid Afternoon at the Hoopers
Uncle Bob was always a 'big man' -- he had presence.
After a lifetime of coaching hockey and playing golf, he came down with diabetes ...
... and they amputated his foot. I said, "Uncle Bob, you've got a 'bum wheel'". He laughed.
We visited for a while. Allison sat by Peggy.

We say goodbye and go back to the wedding. I took this picture while standing by a very cool vintage Mustang. For a brief moment Shannon thought it was my car, and I almost rose in her estimation. These moments are infrequent and fleeting.
The Hoopers lived in this house for at least 40 years.
